Jonathan counsels clients on commercial litigation and arbitration matters. He focuses on delivering strategic and pragmatic advice throughout all phases of dispute resolution.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jonathan is a member of the firm’s corporate group where he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other complex corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was an associate at a leading international law firm in New York.
