Jonathan primarily counsels clients on a wide array of litigation and arbitration matters. He focuses his attention on providing clients with strategic and pragmatic advice throughout all phases of litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jonathan is a member of the firm’s corporate group where he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other complex corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was an associate at a leading international law firm in New York.
