Chris is a legal practitioner in the web3, fintech and emerging tech space. He works with clients both domestically and internationally.

Chris is passionate about web3, fintech and emerging tech and has worked with over 100 web3 and fintech startups, scale-ups and large businesses. He provides regulatory advice and guidance, commercial legal support, corporate structuring advice and establishment and fundraising support.

Chris often works with fintechs, payment tech companies, NFT projects, crypto exchanges, DeFi, Gaming, DAOs, token raises, DApps, open data and AI related companies. Chris has also assisted startups and scale-ups in capital raises from pre-seed to series C+ and supports mergers and acquisitions. 

Chris also has experience founding, operating and exiting his own startup and knows firsthand the journey of founders. Chris prides himself on providing practical advice and solutions.
