Before launching Bailey Duquette, Marc was VP of Corporate Development & General Counsel of a holding company with assets in marketing services, technology, healthcare and art. He facilitated the legal and business aspects of the holding company's acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investments and joint ventures. 

Prior to that Marc worked as an attorney for White & Case in New York and Ogilvy Renault (now Norton Rose Fulbright) in Montreal. He represented corporations and sovereign states in complex cross-border commercial disputes and counseled them on international transactions and investments. 

Marc's clients operate in a wide range of industries, including finance, media, advertising, Internet, technology, retail, fashion, healthcare, consumer goods, film and entertainment, and art. 

With a BigLaw background in advocacy, as well as an in-house transactional background in multiple industries, Marc offers versatility of skills and knowledge.

A significant portion of Marc’s practice is spent representing international clients in settlement negotiations, mediations and arbitrations (UNCITRAL, ICC, AAA/ICDR). He is a member of the AAA Arbitrator Panel
