Eric Wertheim began his legal career as the first law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth Conboy of the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York. Following his clerkship, Eric spent his formative years in private practice as a litigation associate with Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, one of the leading litigation firms in the United States.
For the past twenty five years, Eric has represented numerous clients in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey in a broad spectrum of matters, including contracts, shareholder disputes, securities fraud, copyrights, trade secrets, employment litigation, insurance, internet law and others.
Eric is a certified emergency medical technician and has been a member of his New Jersey community’s first aid squad for nine years.
